    What will you be doing?

    As a Senior Design Researcher you will be responsible for designing, planning, leading, coordinating and conducting a colourful range of design- and innovative research activities – all that as an integral part of our design-teams. From desktop-research to qualitative field research tours, you will use all your capabilities and experience as a researcher to discover those valuable ‘nuggets’ of insights deeply buried somewhere in the many findings you generate during your work. With your talent for identifying and formulating strategic design- and innovation opportunities, you will either lead or support interdisciplinary projects of all kinds. Regardless of whether the task is observing an unboxing-experience or visiting extreme-users in foreign countries for a service-design project – your creativity, critical thinking, verbal acuity and presentation skills will inspire our C-level clients when you present your research-work to innovate their products, services, brands and businesses.


    What do we expect from you?

    • Academic degree in Product-/Interaction-Design with a focus on design-research or academic degree in relevant social-sciences (e.g. Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Cultural Studies) with a focus on Design- & Innovation
    • 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in an international setting and preferably in a design- and innovation environment, as well as experience in qualitative research and ethnographc research
    • Solid knowledge of and experience with design- and innovation processes, design-thinking methods and collaboration with product- and interaction designers
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in at least both, English and German, as well as talent for transforming complexity into strong, simple and inspiring messages, visuals and storytelling
    • Willingness to travel internationally to conduct field-research, often with clients and other partners

    What will you be doing?

    As Principal Designer you are responsible for the design of the whole user experience (UX), whether it is integrated in products, apps or the web, within the field of consumer goods, automotive and medical. One of your core skills is in visual design (layout, typography, icon language, animations, guidelines, interaction …) and you inspire your team and multi-disciplinary work colleagues with outstanding creativity. With your hands-on mentality and innovative ideas you lead the way and are able to pass your experience on to others. You will perform independently in international projects as project lead as well as client manager in close cooperation with new and established clients, such as Adidas, Audi, Haier, Huawei, LG Electronics, Midea, Samsung or Zeiss.

    • At least 6 years of professional experience, preferably in an international agency setting
    • Experience in client management, workshops, presentations and as project lead

    • High level of self-motivation and the endurance to bring forward the visual design in a team

    • Ihre Aufgabe wird es sein, dass unsere Designstudios einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck auf unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter machen
    • Sie koordinieren, kontrollieren Instandhaltungsarbeiten, Wartungs-und Reparaturleistungen und nehmen diese, je nach Umfang, auch selbst vor. Hierzu gehören z.B. die Klimaanlage, der Sanitärbereich, die Kaffeemaschinen Trinkwasserspender und Malerarbeiten
    • Pflege des gesamten Außenbereichs (Terrasse/Eingangsbereich)
    • Vorbereitungen von Veranstaltungen und Pflege unserer Meetingräume
    • Materialeinkauf, Lagerverwaltung und Nachbestellungen
    • Organisatorische Betreuung sowie die Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern

    Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

    • Eine Ausbildung zum Techniker oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Facility Management/Immobilien. Auch ein Quereinstieg im Bereich Facility Management ist möglich
    • Sie haben ein Gespür für Ordnung und Ästhetik in einem Designstudio
    • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Gartenpflege
