If you love seeing the world through a design lens and have a feel for stories that inspire, this might be the perfect place for you to learn, create, and grow. As part of our Communications Team, you’ll help bring the PHOENIX spirit to life - from our projects and philosophy to the people behind them.
· Support in creating marketing materials, content, presentations, and campaigns
· Help maintain and develop our communication channels - website, social media, and newsletters
· Assist in planning and executing events, from concept to on-site support
· Research trends, markets, and competitors to inspire fresh ideas
· Collaborate closely with our design team to make sure every message looks and feels PHOENIX
· You’re currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Marketing, Communication, PR, or a design-related field
· You’re familiar with the design or creative industry and have a good sense of aesthetics
· Confident in managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
· Strong writing skills in English and fluent in German
· Comfortable using layout and design tools (Figma, Canva, InDesign, etc.)
· Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive - you like to make things happen
· Team player with a can-do spirit (and maybe a sense of humour helps, too)
· Fun and passionate team that places high importance not only on professional skills, but also on great personalities
